Absolutely satisfied with the immediate and long term results. I had opted against the muscle tightening in the TT to speed recovery time as I had been doing Pilates for a year at the time of surgery and felt it wasn't needed. Cappella was surprised that the result was as good as it was without and was glad he listened. I was totally afraid of my breasts given some pretty bad results I had seen with other docs on the internet but they turned out even, well shaped, and the nipples were well sized and placed. No recovery complications.
Five years out I have no noticeable sagging in my breasts and the scars are invisible, the scar along my bikini line is still visible but I am really pale skinned and I don't care, my stomach is flat!

Dr Cappella was excellent. He managed my expectations well, didn't promise I'd be perfect, and listened to my request to not have the muscles tightened with the TT and didn't try to bully me in to the more involved procedure.
