So as you can see smart lipo did all it could do, and now its time i got more lipo and all that extra skin removed. hopefully to reveal a more smoother , smaller belly...

7 days untill my mini tuck
Well guys im only about 5 months post smart lipo and as expected my belly does have much fat but its still flabby so I consulted with Dr. Singer and he offered me a mini tuck.
1 week Pre op stats
Weight 175
Waist 32
Pouch 35
So as you can see I really haven't lost any more weight but measurements have gone down which is a plus. The wedding is 5 weeks away so i have a goal of 170-165. Ill be happy at 170 but really happy at 165.. Its gonna be really hard after the Mini tuck to focus on exercise, i may not be able to do much for about 2 weeks which means my diet is gonna have to be really really focused.. I will post pics day before procedure.
