Dr. Nichter was absolutely fantastic in successfully removing 6 cm keloid scar on the back of my son's ear after otoplasty, which was done by another doctor . I flew all the way from Dubai to have the procedure done by Dr. Nichter and I am so glad I did. He is by far the most skilled surgeon I have ever encountered.
