Tummy tuck and Brazilian Butt Lift
I am here to write about my experience researching...
I am here to write about my experience researching plastic surgeons and getting estimates for the procedures I am planning on getting. But a little information about myself. I am 30 years old and mother of a 8 and 10 year old boys. I work out consistently and I weight 128 lbs with overall muscle mass. Yet as most moms know me being very small when I had my first child....I was left with stretched skin and massive amounts of stretch marks in the middle of my stomach. I haven't wore a two piece bikini in over 10 years. I haven't felt comfortable naked and my body has affected myself esteem. I am engaged to a wonderful and handsome man who is willing to make my dream come true and is paying for everything. He just wants me to be happy he says. :) I love him for loving me at my worst and he deserves me at my best(meaning physical appearance).
Ok now to the researching part. I started off with Dr. Samala in Miami because I love how he gives woman this hourglass figure with his liposuction skills. I spoke to Cynthia whom quoted me $10.900 for tummy tuck with liposuction of flanks and breast lift with silicone implants. I consider it but after discussing flights, hotel cost, car rental, pain medication and blood work which I would pay out of pocket since I have no health insurance. Well it was just too much money. Then I got an estimate from Dr. Mel Ortega another one that I like. I was quoted 7.400 which sounded great except my coordinator was no help. I could barely understand her and I felt rushed to give a deposit without fully being explained what I was paying for. Back and forth emails ended in nothing. I just didn't feel comfortable.
I tried others Doctors like Dr. Fisher and some other guy whose popular here in Realself. Fisher never got back to me with a quote after I send them my pictures I can say they have the worst customer service. The other one well no one ever contacted me either goes to show their work ethics and not trying to put myself in the wrongs hands just for lower prices.
SO... I decided to stay in my New Jersey after I found Dr. Alkon with whom I felt comfortable and at home. He was very detailed with me about my procedures and answered all questions. He has a sense of humor and overall good energy. Yes the mommy makeover package with brazillian was close to $18.000!! Yikes not what I was expecting. A breast lift with silicone and full tummy tuck with lipo was
$15.500. SO after deliberating for weeks I decided to go with a full tummy tuck muscle repair and Brazilian butt lift for $9.905 which he has the experience in doing together I trust him. I went with this because I always wanted to have my butt rounded out more. I have a couple pounds that I rather donate to my backside then have them flush it down the drain. God knows how hard it is for me to gain weight. I'm still trying to pack some more pounds for my procedure I'm planning to get in July. Since boys will have summer vacation and Mother can babysit them. Not sure how I'm going to sleep but I'll figure it out even if I have to have my Bf build me a special bed. LOL I am just hoping that my tummy will be flat and tiny. I will have the breast fixed next year in Miami since that is fairly cheap.
