Almost 8 weeks Post Op
My hole is finally closing! There is a very thin layer of new skin over the area. It's nice not to have to deal with drainage everyday. My ribs are still sore especially if I overdo it. I also notice hard lumps around my areola. Don't know what those are but I've been massaging them. I still am wearing the genie bra. I've tried on my old bras and the good news is they are huge on me. I am afraid however I'm not going to be as small as I had hoped. I had hoped for a small C cup, but I think I'm more of a DD or D. I was a DDD. I may go bra shopping this weekend to get an idea of what I truly am. Still ecstatic that I did this!

So excited! Slept on my side last night for first time since surgery! It felt great, but I'm pretty sore today, so probably won't do it again tonight. Also, my seperation is finally getting smaller! Finally! Here are pics from today. Maybe I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Almost 5 Weeks Post-Op
So I'm approaching the 5 week post op on Monday. I go to see my PS for a follow up,tomorrow. Feeling kind of down lately. I still have my giant hole and while it is finally healing, I'm sick of the dressing changes, the drainage, etc. Every day I see more stitches on my gauze, and I'm just so over it! My boobs hurt everyday after work and I get intermittent very painful zingers. I know it's normal, just down today that's all. Thought I would be a lot farther along by now. I'm totally happy with the results jut ready to be healed. Anyway, here is a picture of my hole today.
