Things Are Moving Fast!!!! Nashville, TN

So, today marks my two weeks since surgery and also my first day home alone with my almost 2 year old little boy. So far, things are going easier than I expected. I had my hubby get him out of his crib before he left for work and put his mattress on the floor for naptime. I also have his booster seat on the floor for meal and snack times. I did have to stay in his room and sing him to sleep because he wanted to keep playing (of course). So, fingers crossed he stays asleep! Don't get to see my PS this week due to an ice storm but I think things are healing okay. My lefty still has a lot of bruising and wicked looking black scab. Other than that, my only complaint of pain is crazy tender ribs. They hurt internally and also to the touch. Is this a common thing after BR surgery?

11 days post op and not much to report. I haven't had to take any meds today, not even regular tylenol and I think things are healing fine. Stoked to be done with meds for the most part. They make me feel so blah! However, tonight my skin is so itchy and there's some redness too. I'm about to take some benadryl go to bed.
