“My Eyebrow Tattoo Color Turned Purplish”

Eight months ago, my hair stylist was asking who wanted permanent makeup because she found someone that would come in for a day or two and give a group discount rate. At first, I didn’t think the color was that good, but then it got worse as it turned purple. Now that I have questions about it and need help with the problem, she quit returning phone calls after saying she can’t come back unless there are enough new people lined up to pay for her travel and time. This is embarrassing and I am so sorry I got talked into it
