One year ago - wow best decision ever
I feel great. But yoga still stretches my skin. I am afraid of over stretching it and becoming the same. I am so used to this waist now I cannot go back :)
Yes I still swell the scar still itches and there is a dark scar around my belly button that I am not happy with. I am going to see my Dr next week about it. But all in all I cannot be more thankful to God and hubby and Ofcourse Dr Lowen.

wow - i am still so proud of myself for taking this step. Yes i am not 100 percent yet. I cant run or exercise like i used to. But when i walk by a mirror i am amazed. I wanted to be that person all along but nothing could make my mid section look the way it does now. I have become nit picky, looking at myself from every angle and now want the bottom half to match the mid section. LOL. i guess only exercise will get me there and i am looking forward to the day i can jump back in full force. I will start in december i have decided. Right now just wearing my heels is a big accomplishment. But i cannot thank God enough for zero complications.
