I recently had my breast augmentation and I couldn't be happier with the results. I went with the Sientra textured round implants and the end result is exactly what I was hoping for. I had some swelling and slight brusinig after surgery but post op swelling was gone by 3 weeks. I've posted a couple pics a few hours after surgery and at 18 days.
