4 days Post-op

450cc High profile silicone. My surgeon re-measured me the day of surgery and said I could have High profile instead of UHP, so thats what i got:)
Right now they look much smaller than i want. But according to the other reviews here on realself, the end result should be a lot bigger than they look now (hopefully)

Day 1-2: very tired and tight. the pain feels more like how your muscles feel the next day after a hard work out. I'm so used to NOT babying my muscles after my workouts, it was hard to take it easy. The tightness also resembles being engorged during breast-feeding. I took a shower the night after surgery, and i didnt like it. I was sore and i felt like my breasts dropped a little and was going to slip right out of the incisions. just gravity i guess. i didnt like the feeling of my bra off. They looked really small. I also noticed some bruising lower on my rib cage, maybe about couple inches below the incisions. the nurse called to check on me and said it was normal. I set alarms for my meds and kept a notebook of times and what i took. I have anti-nausea, oxycodone, robaxin, and antibiotics. i even set alarms for the middle of the night to take them so i wouldnt wake up sore. I've been sleeping inclined, per nurses orders.

day 3 & 4: I'm slowly easing off the pain meds. i only take the narcotics before bed. I hate having to get up from laying down, it's such a pain (literally!) right now it looks like my right is bigger than my left. not sure what that means exactly at this point.. I'm still very tired all the time. and the fact I'm getting a cold doesnt help. everytime i cough it hurts!:( i went shopping at the mall on day 3 and got so tired and tight, i think i over-did it. i was also carrying a little more than 5lbs, i'm sure. i hope this doesnt affect my risk of complications :/

Before Pix 34A

So after reading tons of reviews on here, I'm 90% set on 450cc UHP. Most UHP that I've seen on here aren't bad, and I don't feel as thin as people say. I'm 5' 11" and big-boned so i really dont think that size is going to look big on me. I've done rice-sizers but it just doesnt look right, probably because i dont have a good sports bra to put them in. Here are some before pix to show where I'm at. 25 more days! happy v-day.

I finally chose my surgeon and scheduled my surgery date! I know I'm getting silicone but now I need to figure out what implant size and profile I want. I basically have 2 options: 400cc HP or 425/450 UHP. Right now I'm a thin 5ft 11in mom. I have a small breast width so I can only get High or Ultra High profile. I want to be at least a full C cup. I'm a 34A right now. I feel like I'd regret going for the 400cc HP because it'll turn out smaller than I want. But I want to look as natural as possible. So maybe I should go for the UHP but shaped implant? Also, I'm not a fan of some of this surgeon's work, because of how unnatural some of his results are, but this is the only surgeon I could go to (it's complicated.)
