I have always had large breasts, as I got older...
I have always had large breasts, as I got older and breastfed my children I lost some volume and my breasts began to sag. As this is natural and part of the aging process (and gravity) since I have large breasts there was a significant amount of ptosis so it was hard to find bras and swim suits that fit. I was also not happy with the way they looked. I got a mastopexy (breast lift) by Dr. Keith Hodge at Monarch Plastic Surgery. I am very pleased with the results. Dr Hodge counseled me with my many options and helped me to make a decision on the best results for my case. The procedure went well, the pain was manageable with the meds they gave me and I was back to work a week after my surgery. I am two months post surgery and I have no regrets. My breasts are lifted, firm and have great volume. They look like they did when I was 25! I would highly recommend Dr. Hodge and this procedure.

Dr. Hodge is clearly a perfectionist which is a great quality in your surgeon. His staff are all friendly and helpful, they encourage you to come in for any little question or issue, they take care of you well after your procedure to make sure healing and satisfaction are all on par.
