Massages
I guess i forgot to mentioned here that the massages are different. My previous surgeon would recommend me their 'lymphatic massages' which were closely related to deep tissue massages. This surgeon, his office offers their 'lymphatic massages' which is squeezing out fat and fluids out of the lipoed holes around your body. I got a bunch of groupon deep tissue massages, to save money, but in the end didnt use it cause its sooo different. :(

You will need a breast garment, but this office recommend me for a sports bra. I chose the garment and I got it for like $36 at those colombian faja stores.

A week post op
I saw the doctor he told me I'm still swollen and prescribed me a deuretic. I was also allowed to drive and work! Tried it. Kind of hard steering the wheel without touching your boobs. Also he told me the massages are crucial for surgery but its a lot of money. I did for the first week, one massage a day. Then he recommended: massage, day off, cavitation, day off, masage per week for the next few weeks.
