Bad rhinoplasty

So after a year and a half, I’m finally writing my review on Dr. Patel. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a Rhinoplasty June 1st, 2017. I paid around $5000 for the Rhinoplasty. I knew something was wrong when my “1.5 hour surgery” turned into a 3 hour surgery. Because he knew that he couldn’t perform the Rhinoplasty that I wanted, expected, and paid for. I knew I made a huge mistake as soon as he took the cast off. My nose didn’t look much different, but honestly looked even worse than it did before. He swore that it was just swollen and the swelling would go down and it would look great! It looks the EXACT same as it did the day I got my cast off! Being fairly young, I had my mother come in with me to my Post Op appointment to explain that I wasn’t happy at all with my Rhinoplasty. The Doctor got very defensive and knew that the surgery didn’t turn out. It’s literally like he squeezed my nose to make it less wide, but did absolutely NOTHING to the tip of it! I absolutely hate my nose and am planning to get it redone this Spring by another surgeon. Dr. Patel did offer to redo my Rhinoplasty free of charge, but I do not trust him touching my nose ever again. It would probably end up looking worse than it does now. I asked for a refund or even a partial refund minus the Hospital Fees and they told me “They don’t give refunds”. This is my honest opinion on my Rhinoplasty and I waited a year and a half for “The swelling to go down and for it to look normal” and that never happen. I would research and look around at other options before getting a Rhinoplasty done here.

So I had my nose done on June 1st. I got my cast...

So I had my nose done on June 1st. I got my cast off today (June 6th). I am not sure what to think of my nose. I was supposed to have the sides brough in, the tip narrowed, the septum brought down, and the small bone on my arch shaved down. It seems like everything other than the tip was done. Yes it is still swollen, but it doesn't look good. I was supposed to get a narrowed tip and the tip still looks fat. I am honestly too embarrassed to even leave the house or go anywhere. Please help!? :( What should I do?
