Nipples have raised some

Still wish my nipples were higher, but they definitely have raised from their previous position. My left nipple is numb and right nipple is hypersensitive go figure. Dr. says they will get back to normal in time. My breast experience different sensations...sometimes feels like pulling at the under incision, aching, discomfort under my arms. Everything looks fine. My breasts are still numb on the sides under my arms, and although I cant really tell there's swelling the ps confirmed there is. I still sleep on my back and occasionally try to sleep on my sides with a pillow propped under. I can sleep this way for a little while but my sides feel uncomfortable that's the best way I can describe it. Not so much pain as just discomfort. There's some wrinkling on my inner breasts. I asked the doc if they're stretch marks, he says no looks like the skins wrinkling a little. I pray he's right because my cleavage looks amazing in my bra and I do not want stretch marks! Any advice, experience with the skin "wrinkling" please share. Posting new photos.

Bought my first real bra!

Absolutely love my new breast! My nipples do seem to be raising some, which is good. I fit into a 38 D or 36 DD at VS. Bought a 38 D NO wire bra and love how I look. I'm concerned that I'm getting some stretch marks on the inner, cleavage side of my breasts which I would HATE. I'm going to ask my PS about it. Crazy when I had double HH's hanging no stretch marks, now they're smaller and not hanging and I think im getting stretch marks?! Not good. I really liked the new Lounge bra by VS but decided to get something more supportive. I'm still wearing a bra full time, I put my sports bra back on to sleep. I plan to be a full time bra wearer forever, trying to slow down gravity! I plan to lose weight so my bra size may change, not to mention whatever swelling I'm still experiencing.

Yellow fluid leaking from right breast

Last week I noticed yellow staining in my bra and then saw yellow fluid leaking from right nipple. It's from the underside incision site. Breast feels tender, but doesn't look infected. I wash my breast with liquid antibacterial soap and began putting neosporin on the incision. My doc was on vacation so they had me come in to see the PA. She couldn't expel any fluid when she manipulated my breast. I showed her on the gauze I'd been covering my nipples with, because of the leaking and sensitivity. Said my breast didn't look infected and may be my body reabsorbing fat? She gave me a prescription for an antibiotic to be on the safe side and asked me to come back and see my Dr. next week. She noticed my right breast is harder than my left, especially behind the verticle incision and instructed me to begin massaging the hard spots. My right nipple is extremely sensitive, and she instructed me to massage it as well to help "desensitize" it. The PA also told me not to use neosporin as it can sometimes cause rashes. The fluid is clear yellow, not cloudy, doesn't look like pus. Bright medine colored yellow, I've never seen fluid like that from the body. It seems to have subsided, not completely sure. The massages have definitely helped by breast to feel better. I'll update once I see my doc.

Provider Review

Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Montante immediately put me at ease upon meeting him. He was happy to answer all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and was realistic about my outcomes. I truly appreciated the fact that Dr. Montante did not encourage me to pay for procedures that he felt would not give me the result that I am looking for. I am very happy with my results and would highly recommend my doctor.
