Just over a week post op
The surgery went well. Was just as painful as I remembered. Stayed on top of my meds and was fine the next day. Sore but was actually able to go out and walk around. First time driving today and it went ok. Sleeping at night was challenging for a while. Lots of pillows certainly helped.

One week away
I found a picture of my breasts before the first surgery. I also posted a question to the doctors on this site and almost all of them said I didn't get a good result. I'm supposed to have surgery a week from today. I feel nervous and excited. Nervous for the recovery and the possibility of the same thing happening. Excited that I could get exactly what I want and this journey will be over.

I had bad sagging after having large breasts at a younger age, having a baby and then losing 60 pounds. 10 months ago I decided to have a lift with implants along with a tummy tuck. I told my surgeon that I wanted to keep the same cup size which was a 34 DD. Almost a year later the implants have dropped and gone to the sides with major sagging again. I'm considering a revision bit scared of the same thing happening and not getting the results I want.
