Male 65 years had turkey gobbler neck, hollowed eyes, pronounced dark circles and crepe skin under my eyes. Additionally had lost fat in my cheeks, although I am slightly heavy.
Dr. Kallman had three extensive sessions with me. First he listened to my concerns and what I thought I needed. Then he gave his expert opinion on how I could achieve my goals. Using a photograph of my face and a computer program he showed the results that could be achieved.
He explained that a lower facelift alone would not give me the natural younger and fresh appearance I desired, because it would tighten the neck and skin but would not take away the hollow appearance that comes with aging.
He recommended taking fat from my stomach area and injecting it under my eyes and in my cheeks, in addition to a face lift. I agreed to his recommendations.
The procedure was on January 8, 2018. It was completed without complication and pain. The discomfort was the cumbersome nature of the bandages for a few days and the recuperation period of about 2 weeks before returning to work. I was up and about in about 3 days and felt decent but needed a lot of rest and had to be careful not to exert myself.
The results are great! I look very natural, like myself 15 years earlier and I do not exaggerate. The turkey neck, dark hollows and crepe skin are gone and the restored cheeks give me a healthy, younger and very rested face
