Liposuction: Stories

I had liposuction of my thighs and hips. Two days after the procedure I love the way I look and feel. How much better my clothes fit for me there are no cons.

I still have a burning feeling on my thighs (which is tolerable) and quite a bit of bruising, which is quickly fading. I find that the burning lessens when my feet are up. I feel great and look even better. I am amazed at the difference when I put my pants on. The bulges on the sides are gone which makes for a streamline look. My husband who was not in agreement about my having the procedure is amazed by the results and quite happy that I stood my ground and went forward; I am not sure what he expected, but he is a happy camper now.

I stand in front of the mirror and cannot believe its really me standing there! I have gone down six pant sizes. Although I have a relativey small waist I use to wear a size 16 due to my thighs. I always had to get my pants altered. I am down to a size 10 now and I can actually for the first time in my life, if I wanted to, I walk out of the store with the pants I bought on.

My husband and I flew to New York for a long weekend and we were going from 7AM to 2AM everyday. I had no pain or discomfort, but I did wear my support garmet (I still do) all the time except for sleeping. I loked at the pictures we took and compared them to our last trip and the difference is very noticeable.

My husband is quite happy and pats my bottom and hugs me from behind when I am cooking like when we were first married. In adition he tells me I look good all the time. To me that is the cherry on top as I feel good myself. Most my friends are in awe of the difference. I really could not be happier and would do it over again without hesitation.

People who have a "hip and thigh" issue will understand what I am about to write. "To walk into store and try on a sheath dress and to have that dress just glide down your hips.....priceless"
