2nd breast augmentation 600cc

This is my second breast augmention and once again I feel that they are getting the same effect, I'm not sure if it is capsulated because the implant itself is not hard it's the nipple indenting the same one that did on the first surgery can it be nerve damage?

it looks like you have bottomed out, when the implant falls to the bottom of the pocket which has been extended into the axilla. Was it subglandular or submuscular placement? I would contact your surgeon and send him photos and perhaps consult a 3rd party so that they can back up any claims.

It's been about three weeks I still have heard from the clinic they have no care in the world to know how my boob is doing the last I heard my mom called to to reassure the price and they told to call back a month before the surgery. At least have some courtesy and call to see how your patient which paid IN cash 8grand is doing with her pain its sad to know they call everyone I've brought into the clinic before this happened to me so they can have there procedure done yet they can care less whats been going on with me and my situation this has to be the most depressing thing ever how deformed my boob looks. Starting college is going to be embrassing if I don't make the money on time . And worse part is knowing I'm
Stuck going to that facility Again due to being a full Time student and not making enough Income :( .

hey hun have you ever thought about using care credit? im going through sort of the same situation as you except i have to pay another 8 k to get mine re done but im going to finance them and go through carecredit.... just be careful because you dont want to waste another 2 k if the surgeon doesnt know what he is doing... keep us updated good luck hun
I Already tried :( , I didn't get accepted if not I would have tried to go for the butt too haha ! After seeing yours I was like omg ! Your body looks amazing ! Im just going to hope things come out well because I'm one of the few with bad result just like you he didn't leave me with the size I wanted I wanted big IMPlANT looking one and they look like tiny B sized . What surgeon asked you how big would you like to go the day of surgery when your both drugged up and nervous, Like I did my part as a patient in paying him his money he should have done his as a doctor and sat with me to show me the different sizes .

yeah that doesn't sound right .... but the good thing is that he is not charging you full price.. this time you should take charge and as for a pre op appointment BEFORE the actual surgery date and being that you have to go back under I would just be upfront with him and tell him you want to go bigger and tell him exactly how you feel.. your the customer and paid him lots of money so you should get exactly what you want!... as for my booty I do have to say I have no regrets about that dr. salama did an amazing job but I would never go through that pain again EVER lol.. but thank you for the compliments and don't worry things will work out for you.. keep us updated I hope it works out well for you!

Glad to hear your mom has made some contact with the doctor's office. You might consider asking for another appt with your doctor so he can reassure you. I think it's important that the doctor understands how upset you are. This must be so hard for you.

Hi don't give up on having a revision done; read my story and tell me what you think! Just decide if you want to go back to your original surgeon or not. I did'nt go back to mine because he had a hard time understanding what I wanted!

8 months ago I had a Breast augmention Mind you, it took me a year to save up the 8 grand I had to pay,not once did the doctor sit with me to ask me the size he asked me the same day of surgery, biggest mistake ever I'm 20 years old and it hurts me to know I now have to pay 2,000 to have them changed because on top of that my breast was capsulated , now I have to go back into surgery which scares me and on top of that pull 2 grand together as soon as I can before my boob worsens . Honestly I wish I could turn back time in choosing my facilities.

I am so sorry to hear that you need an additional surgery. I can't even imagine how upsetting this must be. Thank you for sharing this as women can learn from you. You may want to look at reviews in our Breast Implant Revision community so you don't feel so alone and possibly learn from others like yourselft. Will you return to the same doctor and have you gotten a second opinion? Please keep us updated and take care!

Sadly yes I will go back to the same surgeon due to the lack of money , any other surgeon wouldn't do the implants agian for 2 grand I'm crossing my fingers And wishing for the best because at the moment I have no other option Im started to go threw pain my right breast is getting worse.

I am hoping you get good results and that you can manage the pain until the surgery!

Thank you for adding a photo. I understand your reason for going back to the same surgeon. I still would be curious though to see what a few other surgeons would do if you were to go to them. If you got 2 more opinions that are different from your surgeon, that might be a red flag. I'm just hoping this works out for you! Any news from your clinic yet?

Capsular contracture is really no fault of the surgeon it's just how your body reacts compared to others
