Well girls... I'm just patiently waiting for my last consult with Salama so I can decide who I want to go with and get the rest of my plans underway.... I'm posting a few of my fav wish pics which are probably some of yours as well.... I'm really n2 the waist 2 hip ratio... Completely obsessed with it! LOL....

So we are clear dolls- I'm shooting for a procedure date of 1/8/2016... RS wouldn't let me future date this...
Soooo here's my story- I'm 37yrs old- 5'1-121lbs-no kiddies. So far I have had 2 breast augs- a mini TT- and fat xfer from my outer thighs to my booty- since it was just that one area it really wasn't enough to satisfy me, hence the reason I'm going in for round 2...
We all know the biggest decision with this what doctor to go with... Well, the one thing I know for sure is I'm having my procedure done on 01/08/2016 because this time I wanna pay this off in cash.... but I still want to hurry and make a decision so I can start the rest of my planning. Of course if I can get it paid off sooner then I'll get it done towards the end of the summer since I know I will be down for quite a while for recovery....I'm super excited about getting this done and the correct way this time, and can't wait!!!!

Dr. Markmann
Dolls!!! We all know have come across Salama's work and know that he is a beast- but hunni so is Dr. Markmann in Maryland!!! I had a face to face with Markmann since I live in the state and have scheduled an in person with Salama in the next month which I'm pretty excited about and dying to hear what he has to say about what I want... What I love about Markmann is that fact he is sooooo militant about his recovery and post op instructions....He knows exactly what we have all been wishing for and I believe that he can deliver!!! He said that what he does in the OR is only half the work- the other 50% is on us and how we do with the post op which is absolutely the truth....The other docs I had in the running were:
Dr. Salzhauer AKA Dr. Miami
Dr. Ghurani
Dr. Cortes
Although I LOVE what Yily, Duran, and Cabral are doing for girls- I just cannot bring myself to go out of the states- and don't get me wrong, I definitely don't knock it and and have seen really awesome recoveries from our DR dolls-but its just not for me.
I work in an operating room as a surgical assistant in plastics, so I see what goes on, and thus have SEVERAL questions for these docs when I am having my consults- like "What lipo system are you using to harvest the fat", "What technique is being used to separate the fat and prep it for injection", "What do you consider good fat and unusable fat".... and of course several questions about the way instruments are processed and how many of the same procedure they do per day (I'll always choose a day where I can be 1st on the table anyway- but still).... But all of these are important things to consider dolls- we are spending a nice piece of change so we want the biggest bang for our buck!!!! And we deserve it!!!!!!
We all know that RS is very addictive and I love all the posts and journeys I read about you girls! It is so so helpful! So, I decided to post mine- have you dolls give your feedback, and support which we all need!! Feel free to ask anything you like, because I know I will probably be asking a bunch especially as it gets closer!!! I'm going to take some "appropriate" pre-op pics to post, then my wish pics, and then post op's!!! :)))
