adding another day 4 exercise this week

As y'all know ur girl posts her exercise schedule so of course i also text them 2 my friends. So i vowed that i would send them my routines with open invitations. And regardless if they make it or not i would go..... not letting the endless excuses, tons of yes' with no shows, schedule changes or flat out no's i heard i am determined to help break the cycle of my unhealthy sisters. So after many words were given promises broken 2 of my friends finally showed the f@#k up. I mean they text me throughout the day letting me know they were coming, that they had brought work out gear & shoes were taken 2 work and 2 confirm the time of class...... and they actually showed up. Y'all it was encouraging!!!! I got the speeches & the thanks 4 not 4getting about them they said i encouraged them but truth be told they encouraged me. They asked me 2 add another day 4 exercising and asked if i would help them & keep encouraging their journey's to a new & healthier them. Which i gladly & humbly accept the honor of doing. Remember that no matter wat we in ourselves hold the power 2 achieve GREAT things with or without any one else. Let not their negative ways views comments stop the greatness that we all have inside. Let us all help each other out be encouraging to one another to cheer each other on & be cheerleader 4 all bc it is a very gratifying moment 2 know that u helped in the success of someone by just being there. Sorry.... i didn't mean 2 preach just felt like sharing lol.

So anyway i leave you with what i had 4 dinner & a few pics. 1 of my famous smoothies (lol) a sandwhich on whole wheat 1/2 a banana & a lot of water. 2nites smoothie ingredients kale, spinach, blackberry, 1/2 banana, cinnamon & hot pepper. (just a lil pinch) helps kick ur digestive system in gear

back 2 the grind

Alrite ladies after almost 2 months of recovery, emotional issues beakdowns triumphs good & bad days i am ready to get back 2 exercising yaaaaayyyyyy!!!!

It is a new year & a new ME!!!!!! :-)
I refuse to have my investment go 2 waste. I encourage all newbies vets & future dolls to join me in either maintaining or knocking it off so you can have the best results possible. I promise that I will take January ez after all we've had wat 3....4 holidays in a row. I am sure all of us prob ate a lil more than we should hell sum of us prob just out rite pigged out knowing that the struggle ( i mean) schedule would resume back in 2015 so y not support & help each other thru.

So back to smoothies every morning & exercising twice a week.

Week 1: tues zumba fri free weights
week 2: mon zumba thur elipticals
week 3: wed 1hr power walk sat 30 min cardio & 30 free weights
week 4: sun walking 2 mile thur zumba
