I'm in tears my blood work came bk with 450 in sugar. I'm so hurt. Gotta go n do more blood work in the morning. My sx at 2 pm. I'm scared I maybe diabetic. So I worked out n I'm on cinnamon pills. Just checked it n it's down to 390. Bout to do more exercises n hopefully I can burn more sugar n check it out in an hour. Yall Please Pray For Me. Fuckkkk

Hey bbl sistas. Pre op is Monday. I'm excited, anxious, nervous at the same damn time. Been on here reading till 6 am for the past week. I stop smoking black n milds. It was hard at first but hey might as well just stop after this. My bestie n I are going under together. Same sx day n time. We were going to do this last year but my trainer talked me out of it. I brought it back up to her n here we are. On our way to Miami. Now ladies keep it real. . What do you really need post op. Fill me in please. I will be taking pics through out my journey.
