I'm off all meds. Yesterday my boobs did hurt so bad but I think it's due to the weather changing. It's turning into fall. Other than that everything is great. I massage them and still wear my band everyday. Today I plan on going to the store to get more sport bras

Not too bad, just sore waking up in the morning. And nipples still burn a little. I started massaging them which on my left it hurt a little. The right is settling so perfect.

My breast still riding high, I feel as though nothing has dropped at all. I wear the band and bra 24/7. I give up :( feel like I have Franken Boob :/ any tips ladies ? Cause idk what else to do:(
