Mommy of Two Getting my Makeover - Mexico

So I have asked so many questions about these two stitches right under my skin. They aren't poked through but hurt very bad. Dr Cardenas said internal stitches are permanent but my family doctor at home said that he's never even heard of people leaving permanent stitches on an incision so I'm so confused. I have asked him to cut them out and he is telling me to wait a couple more months for them to dissolve. I really don't know what to do? Has anyone else went to her and had these issues ? Are the permanent or dissolving???

So I haven't updated in a while so I will start by saying I am doing well. No big changes in anything. I had a pain in my upper abdomen for about a month. It felt like a burning pulling pain. Once I put pressure on the area it would feel better. I tried working out at 6 weeks but stopped because of the pain. Also I have two stiches in my incision right under my skin that poke out and are very annoying and painful. Dr Cardenas and her staff haven't gotten back to my emails in a while now. I guess after a while you become no longer important .... It's hard because doctors here don't have my surgery reports so it's pretty hard for my family doctor to help answer questions. Other than that I am happy with my procedures

I am 4 weeks post op now and have so much trouble with the redness in my incision. First I had to stay bent over for 3 weeks and now its Sooo red and doesn't look normal at all. I can't really get an answer other than its fine you look good there isn't anything else you or I can do. Has anyone else had this? I'm scared its dead fat under the skin or a build up of blood of fluid.. I am going into the doctors here as Mexico is way to far to follow up with & over the phone just isn't doing it for me
