Dr Quiroz knows his stuff, and he is proud of his work, because he gets total joy at seeing the transformation of ones inner being. To know that you feel good about yourself because of your procedure, well it's the most beautiful feeling your soul can ever feel. I never thought I could ever love the way I looked and felt , ever again. But I have no regrets what so ever. He did a beautiful job. Thank you Dr Quiroz

Remember ,please..I was also with help on going to the GYM for 7 months , 3 to 4x's a week for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Plus eating differently. No sodas, no breads, no red meats or pork..eating mostly chicken for Dinner, drinking Protien shakes in the morning. Adding a Thermal rush & Alpha Tone as well as iron pills & prenatal pills as additional vitamins to avoid hair loss.
I still am working on toning up..need to loose 30 more pounds to be at a healthy weight. You have to remember to change your eating habits & incorporate excersice. . Even after the proceedure, to keep your self looking & feeling good
