Remember ,please..I was also with help on going to the GYM for 7 months , 3 to 4x's a week for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Plus eating differently. No sodas, no breads, no red meats or pork..eating mostly chicken for Dinner, drinking Protien shakes in the morning. Adding a Thermal rush & Alpha Tone as well as iron pills & prenatal pills as additional vitamins to avoid hair loss.
I still am working on toning up..need to loose 30 more pounds to be at a healthy weight. You have to remember to change your eating habits & incorporate excersice. . Even after the proceedure, to keep your self looking & feeling good
