I have 4kids...(12,11,7,&2)at 32yr..I am 5'4 and 140 lbs...I gained about 80lbs with each ...my bra size is 34E ..so I am getting them down sized to a 34 D and lifted:)...but I'm worried about if I do just a lift with NO implants my breast may still look saggy...I like the full round lifted look of my breast in a bra..how can I get that look ??with or without implants??? Has anyone been to Dr.Gaspar Blanco Gustavo in mexicali,mexico???I am getting a tummy tuck..breast lift ...lipo with fat injection into my butt :)...I live in AZ...I have so many Q's ???when will I be able to hold my baby..has anyone gone to Mexico..I'm nerves about going to Mexico...

I pray I'm making the right decision???the scars on my tummy and breast will be so bad and big..has anyone done just a lift with NO implants..how do your breast look ??and how do u feel about the scars???34DDD/E with the size of my breast my back and shoulders are always in some kind of pain...so I need to get them reduce...but I don't want to loose the full round look of them"in a bra"...anything I should buy for my surgery??

Congrats on your decision to get a MM. I am 2 weeks PO and I am feeling great. My breast weren't nearly the size yours are. I went from a B pre-pregnancy to a D. Then as I lost weight my breast slowly shrunk from D to a C and right before the surgery I was a B. I opted to have the lift(which I needed) and decided on silicone implants under the muscle. If you want fullness in the top of the breast, you should opt for implants. I wanted my breast to look good without the bra- implants are the only way. My youngest is a three year old. I can't and won't pick him up, but he does climb up on the couch with me to snuggle. It is so hard and frustrating not to be able to pick him up when he needs me to. However, it is so worth it to get the surgery. Good luck during your surgery. Only 2 more weeks!

Ok...so is under the muscle better...and how did u go about choosing what kind of implants (silicone)???? So how do u feel after 2weeks...will I be able to go back to work within 2 weeks...I work 12.5 hr shifts..and on my feet all day..are u able to move around ok??? I'm driving to mexico and after 2days driving back home to AZ..its a 4-5hour drive ..will I be ok sitting that many hours ...sorry so many Qs...just have so many unknows...thanks

Under the muscle makes your implant look more realistic than fake. I picked silicone because it is supposed to seem more realistic and its more durable. I feel great after 2 weeks, and the only issues i have would be bending over to pick things up, the binder is tight and constricting. That long drive might not be the best. I know that my DR didn't want me sitting that long right after the surgery (even 2 days after). I was supposed to walk around every 2 hours to make sure no blood clots formed. Don't worry about the questions that is what this place is for. I love realself!

Hi moniaz this is Victoria i'm really considering going to Dr.Gaspar but i'm really worried of doing this in Mexico.how would u rate the doc.and ur results from your surgery??i'm very unhappy with my body I have 5 kiids 5"1 & 155lbs. Did u get butt implants our fat injection which is better lots of questions but if u can get back to me that would be great thanks...hope all is well

I have now read about several woman doing this HCG diet.  You will have to let us know how that goes and tell us what you think.

I was on the hcg diet also for three months it is a good safe diet I stoped mine a month ago. My ps said to lose as much weight as possiable before surgery . good luck !

Good luck with your surgery I also plan on having my surgery (Tummy tuck lipo and breast aug) in GDl, Mexico on July 19th I also have a 1 year old and am scared on how will I be able to take care of her?? Let me know how it goes.. My PS told I can't travel until 10 days after surgery

Each day gets better...I have to go back to mexico tomorrow for the garment...almost 8hrs in the car..not looking forward to it...but it will be the 1st time I get to really see myself...ill take as many pics...and post them when I make it back...I wanna tell u guys about the Doc,the hospital and how much u get for the money...I'm so happy..hope all is well with u guys too...may god bless!!!

Wow long drive get a audio book! I recommend the Hunger Games the trilogy ! I am not a big READER of books with 3 young kids time is limited but this is amazing! Just a thought!

I went to guadalajara mexico my doc is amazing i stayed overnight at the hospital for 2 days and he s been checking up on me everyotherday since.

Yes that includes everything ...(gas money for the trip too)...carlo bonfante @ mexicali health care he is a director of operations ..his # 619-247-6824...u might get a better price..what I had to do was send picture so the doctor can see and he will give u the price of the surgery and u get 2 nights in the hospital...the are so nice.and the hospital is clean and 2mins from the border..u will love him he has so many people a day waiting to have surgery done with him...I've been to his office and the line to see him was so long some people where waiting out side...I could have pick from 4 other doctors ..but by far he Is the best...
