I am officially 5lbs away from onederland!! I am so excited and happy. It's been challenging to learn how to eat again. But my nutritionist rocks. Got my lab work done everything looks good except my iron, and my protein intake is a little low. But I'm loving the Premier Protein shakes, and Pure protein bars. And I'm addicted to cashews and peanuts.... so good. My hair is finally starting to grow back, that sucked because I had to wear wigs and I hate wigs. But that's ok, I'm healthier. Anyway, hopefully everyone is doing well. 5lbs to go!!!!
3 months exactly!!!
Today marks my 3 month sleeve anniversary. I started this life change weighing in at 305. Highest weight being 311. I had my 3 month post op appointment and I am proud to say I am at 243.8!! A 60? weight loss. Not only that but I haven't smoked since December and I feel GREAT!!! Didn't think I could ever live without that. But anything's possible.
