How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

6 weeks post op!

Yesterday had my 6 week post op apt with Doc.

I have lost 55 pounds and feeling great. Very happy with everything, really no problems, have not been sick, just do what they tell you to do and you will be fine. If you are on the fence, just do it!

End of 1st day

My operation was at 7:30 this morning, I was in my room by 10:30 n did my first walk at noon around the corridor.

Doc walked into pre op at 7:25 n I was on table at 7:37 n I was out like a light.

Check vitals every hour, lil tough to get sleep but nurses n staff here at Mercy Fairfield have been Fantastic.

Swab my mouth with water to keep moist, I am taking a bag of liquids by IV n have a Cather in me for draining .

Have my lil button for pain if I need it, I might hit once an hour.

Everything is running smooth so far.

For you people who are nervous about your operation, you are in capable hands. This is the first step to a new life.
Keep a positive attitude n go in with one thing on your mind n only one thing!

WIN THE DAY!

God Bless n wish you the best on your Journey.

Remember it is a JOURNEY ,

Post Op 4 hours

Just had my operation few hours ago.

Just did my walk, they want you up to walk within 4 hours, everything surgery went fine.

Feel lil sick of nausea but everything ok.

Rest time now!
