I have been self conscious about my left ear for as long as I can remember. I was embarrassed to wear my hair in a pony tail (a style I love) as it stuck out a lot compared to my right ear. I was really nervous about having this procedure but Richard was beyond supportive. He explained the procedure from start to finish in a aha that I could understand clearly. Not only did he make me feel really comfortable but he did an AMAZING job! Matching one ear to the other is very difficult and you cannot even tell I've ever had an operation! My ear is perfect and I'm so much more confidant in my appearance. I cannot recommend him highly enough! The entire team at arc plastic surgery are great. Very prompt and helpful in their responses to my many questions! Fantastic experience!
