Thought I would do a quick update on my tipplasty procedure ..it's been 2 years and I'm still happy with results even though the tip and nostrils is not as narrow as i would have wished for but overall results look more natural and I do not have any breathing issues that are possible with severe narrowing.
It's also worth mentioning that Dr Faizal has left Dermamed and plastic surgery procedures are no longer available.

Going for another nostril reduction - (Alarplasty)
Just an update, Im scheduled in 4 weeks time for another Alarplasty procedure, overall I'm very happy with my nose job but i feel there could be room for improvement with the width of my nostrils. Lets see ..will keep you updated with the results once i have had the procedure.
