Top teeth done, bottom 21 aligners to go
I just had my attachments removed from my top teeth as they are now in their final positions. My bottom still has a bit to go to close an extraction site in preparation for jaw surgery.
If I need any refinements - odds are that I will, they will be after the surgery to just finally align my bite.
Really pleased with the results. All in all, it took 27 aligners to get me to this point. A huge difference and because I did Acceledent, I was able to do it in 27 weeks.
I now have a retainer which is like a normal Invisalign tray but without attachments and with chunks cut out of it, which I wear for the remainder of the course on my bottom teeth.

Absolutely LOVING it
I am now onto Aligner 18 and the difference is incredible!
Other people are now noticing how much straighter my teeth are.
I am so used to having them in, brushing my teeth each time I eat etc, I feel it's a breeze now.
Other than some minor discomfort every few aligners on the first day, it's been very easy!
I have 10 more aligners til my top teeth are done and 30 more for the bottom. Bottom has a couple of extractions to close up.
