Day 27 back to work soon!!

Well I'm on day 27, and I must say I am sooo ready to get back to work! In a little nervous as to what to tell my clients I did for a month, but I've decided all they need to know was I had some "personal" stuff to take care of and I will leave it at that.:) it's a little easier to get off the subject since I can avert it with the wedding! Lol but anyway at almost 1 month I have no pain, but never really had pain anyway. I'm sleeping on my side and walking a lot. I was running but my dr said that's a Nono til about 6 weeks. That made me sad. I've been so bored!i also had a situation not too long ago where my daughter was resting her head on my chest and o felt, not heard, a little pop. Kinda scarede the next morning i had a HORRIBLE neck ache on that side and it felt like I could feel the implant moving more, I was just
More aware of it. Weeks later every morning it still seems to feel that way, but by midday it's normal, kinda weird and hope it's nothing, but my dr wasn't concerned so I will try not to be either. Otherwise, completely happy with the whole experience. Here are some updated pics:)
