Someone please tell me what's required to achieve this?

Ok, I just found the perfect pair of boobies for me. This photo I attached is EXACTLY what I want. The size looks to be just about where I want to be. The fullness and roundness of the breasts are perfect, and they appear to sit a little high and are not too saggy looking, (but she is laying down so it's hard to tell), but I want this look too; high implants that are full on top. Mine currently are oval shaped, flatter on top and round on the bottoms under the nipple and I want to revise mine in any way necessary to look exactly like this girl here.

Can I do a second lift? Here are My Wish Photos

Thank you to the doctors who have responded to my post. There are so many methods out there and different types of implants, that it's all very confusing. I was inquiring about implants 100% under the muscle because I have a friend who has hers 100% under, and she currently has 750cc of saline implants and is happy with hers, but I know she's a different case. I really want a revision, and I want to go a little bigger as well, but I also don't want to "mess them up even more" by having another surgery and trying to lift my breasts a second time. Pre-Op, I did have a lot of sagging and loss of volume from breastfeeding two kids. I was a small B cup before, and they were very low and deflated looking. Because of this, I may never achieve a look similar to my wish photos here but I would love to one day look something similar to these looks if it's at all possible. The only difference is that I would like to be a little larger than the wish photos I posted, but generally round, full, and perky looking like all of these pics. If anyone out there has any suggestions or professional recommendations on how to achieve this type of look, I would love love love to hear! Thank you in advance for any help and/or support you can provide.

Hello everyone. I had my breast lift with implants...

Hello everyone. I had my breast lift with implants almost two years ago. I told the Dr I wanted them to be very round and very perky. I was ok with the “fake” look. He said 1/2 under the muscle would be best to achieve that. We didn’t discuss his method of inserting them and I didn’t think to ask. I awoke to find out he’d removed my nipples and also cut a vertical line downward. I also told him I wanted to be a full, tight DD when fully healed. He didn’t have me try on sizes of implants and I didn’t think to ask. It’s been almost two years and my breasts are a D, so they're a little smaller than I wanted. I still have really bad scars even though I went through several bottles of the bio scar serum. My boobies are very saggy, oval shaped and sad looking. The majority of the implant is at the bottom, below my nipples even though I had a lift done, and you can easily feel lumps in the bottoms of my breasts and the implants under the skin. I want to have them done again but I can’t afford another surgery and I’m so scarred up from the first one and so depressed that I’m afraid to do this again and make them even worse. Any advice or tips from anyone out there would be greatly appreciated. It’s so heartbreaking to see everyone else out there have 1 surgery and come out looking fab, and here I am almost two years later and I look like a saggy 80 year old Frankenstein. Oh, and you’re seeing the photo correctly; my left nipple was sewn back on off-center so now my left breast permanently looks like it’s facing off to the side a little bit, in addition to everything else that’s messed up. Fml

This was my first surgery so I didn’t think to ask all the right questions. Sample implant sizes were never shown to me or offered to me to try on for sizing. The method of cutting was never discussed and I assumed he would cut underneath the breast. I woke up very surprised to learn my nipples had been removed. I showed photos of the look I wanted and photos of the look I wanted to avoid at all costs which were oval shaped, saggy breasts; that’s what I ended up with anyway. When I brought up concerns afterward, one of the nurses was rude and the girls who sale the products were also very unfriendly whenever I would purchase anything. Their attitudes were so unwelcoming it made me uncomfortable.
