So very happy I did this. I asked my original surgeon to take my small B's to full B's and woke up with D's. Also, he overfilled the 300cc implants to 350cc so there was no 'give' at all. They looked amazing and he did a great job, but I was never comfortable with them.
Got my implants removed and I couldn't be happier. Took less than an hour under local anesthetic (being awake for it was odd, but fascinating). Yes, there's some sag now, but no worse than before I got my implants. I'm posting the photos in this order: Orig preop in 2003. Orig postop 2003 (don't they look good? I just never adjusted. Too big for my frame) and post explant 2018. They look better than the original preop! I was pretty shredded then though. A little body fat is a GOOD thing! AND I'm only two weeks post op.
