Sorry this is a long one…….I had already uploaded my long story and my pictures on a Spanish forum. I have received an invitation mail from realself on behalf of cirumed to review them, I don’t know if all patients get that.
If not , I think they are brave, because I think I gave them a hard time. Although overall I am very pleased.
I have posted my story on the biggest forum in spain, so summary:
I had bit of a special problem to start with. 8 years back, I had butt implants in Madrid. So far so good.
All reasonably okay.
The buttocks looked not good but okay, the implants were small.
I was not enthusiastic about the shape, but I was told that the only option I had was to change the butt implants.
The cool thing was that I did not really go to Cirumed and said he I want butt implants. In the beginning what I really wanted to do was liposuction. Dr Aslani does hidrojet lipo and j knew people who had that. I liked the idea and then I said it is a shame that I had he could not put the fat into my buttocks. He said why would I think that and I said that I thought so because of my butt implants.
He said he was not too happy about the implants being where they are, but that it could be done absolutely.
I was very surprised, I did not expect this to be possible.
So he did it. Bodyjet lipo all round my micheline tyre and he put 900cc of fat around the implants. I don’t know how he did that, but he did it. I really got shocked when I looked into the mirror the first time because it looked enormous. The recovery was rough. I think he turned me inside out and I has a lot of swelling, bruising an pain.
Now I am really enjoying my result. My butt looks so much nicer and I can hardly stand to look at my before pics.
Before surgery I used to hide my bum and my tummy under a wide shirt. ALWAYS. When I had my last review mister Aslani said “why do you wear still wear this ?” I did not know what to say.
I was just used to it, but know I can afford to change my habits.
Was totally worth it.

He managed to get 900cc of fat graft around my previous butt implants and that changed my body so much. I am no surgeon, but sure that was difficult. He gave me a hard time , but he also gave me a great result. Jenny is an absolute angel and to know that she had a BBL herself has just helped me so much. She is so patient, caring and helpful, and yet extremely professional. Thumbs up, five stars, I am a happy bunny !
