I absolutely love Dr. Schaffner's compassion and professionalism. He takes the time to explain every aspect of the procedure. He calls before and after the procedure to make certain that all your questions are answered. After the surgery, he also gave me instructions on how to treat the surgical area so as to promote healing and minimize the scar. His expertise is very clear from my results. The incision was about two inches in length, and I have no scarring. I highly recommend Dr. Schaffner for all of these reasons. I also enjoy talking to his staff who are very caring , accommodating, and knowledgeable as well. MM
