Main priority right now is scar treatment

What scar treatments have worked best for you guys? Trying to act on the scars early because towards the bottom they are widening out on my breast. I want to prevent that & I feel like I could be healing better.
Thank you!

Had some minor complications

Sooo a few days ago I was having some excessive itching and annoying pains. Nothing crazy just different than what I was experiencing for the past 3 weeks. Realized that about 6 of my sutures came to the surface. Went into the office and the amazing PA assured me it was nothing to worry about she removed them with tweezers. I've been cleaning regularly with peroxide and haven't had them come back since thursday (5 days ago) She also suggested I massage a part that is experiencing scar tissue. Other than that nothing to complain about.

My overall confidence has boosted to a place I never thought I would be at. And it's only been 3 weeks. I finally feel in proportion with the rest of my body. In my outfits I'm not "over-sexualized" like how I felt I was before. The before and after pictures my surgeon took are so wild. My next visit ill definitely ask for them so I can post it on here.

2 Weeks Post Op

Last week was my 1 week post op appt. It was much shorter than I thought, he examined me shortly and took a few pictures. I told him I was putting myself in saran wrap to ensure the strips wouldn't get wet during showers. He told me that was unnecessary. The strips are still intact for the most part. I just can't wait for them to come off at this point. He said they will gradually come off. I also asked him if I would be allowed to sleep on my side and he said it was fine to do so. The only time you need to sleep on your bad is for a few nights after surgery. I also feel like they are kind of dropping more now. I enjoyed how lifted they looked in the beginning? stages, but they are more settled now.
