Back in the gym YEAY
Well it's my new additions 4 week birthday!!
1st day back in the gym & spin class done ... BOOM !!!
No pain no discomfort I am one happy bunny !!
Compliments off my gym pals made me feel even more fantastic than I feel already.
Boobs started to drop to where I think they will stay but quite miss them being high & nearly under my chin ha ha !!
Night out on Saturday wearing a low cut jumpsuit which looks bloody fantastic

I found it a mine field trying to find a new bra that would be supportive enough especially as I didn't know what size I end up being.
I ended up with a Macom bra and its so comfortable and you don't need to know your cup size as they extend to your new size.

Had my surgery yesterday and what can I say ....... I'm over the moon with them & couldn't of wished for such an amazing experience.
Decided on speaking to my surgeon last minute to go from 325cc to 375cc and it has had to be the best decision I have ever made!!
Went to theatre at 12.40 & back in my room by 2pm.
Had a few problems with my blood pressure falling to 88/52 but it's a normal thing for me after a general anesthetic but the staff were amazing.
I had my drains removed at 5.45pm and discharged at 6.45pm.
A little uncomfortable but I've only had 2 ibuprofen at 10.30pm last night & 2 paracetamol at 3.30am & just going to have 2 more soon.
No pain just a bit of discomfort & the only way I can describe it as it's just like when your milk comes in after you've had a baby.
I now feel complete xx
