I Had a beast augmentation after breast feeding for ten months. I Was a 34 b before I had babies. I Had 315 cc tear drop implant and they are great! Very natural, not fake looking at all. Just like my old boobs only fuller. What a wonderful Dr that is a true expert and all round great guy. Wouldn't have considered anyone else ! The most important thing is to be Listened to with this procedure as size is so important and one persons small is another's too big. I was so scared they would be too big. They are a nice C -D cup now. It's no where near as bad as what you think. I had an 18 month old baby and was fine. After 2 weeks hardly any discomfort and after 5 weeks they feel like your own. I work out a lot so that was a concern. I was back spinning after two weeks and just gave the conditioning classes a miss for a couple of months.
