I had silicone, over the muscle, 550 on the left and either 600 or 650 on the right (unbelievably I can't remember right now). I had some asymmetry and despite initial impressions, I needed a slightly bigger implant on the right to even me out. Anyway, I am 5'4" 135 pounds, so it might sound overly large, but it's not at all. I have wide shoulders and a big chest and prominent rib cage, and am somewhat thickly built in general. Also, before children I wore a full C and then a D cup breast feeding twice, so I had "a lot of real estate" going on (a LOT), in my deflated B cup state. Now I look full busted but very natural and it's not the balloons on your chest look or the first thing you notice. Pre op my mom was upset saying I was going to look like a [RS bleep] star and I heard more than once I should get 400 or 475 max from my sisters and her. I am glad I listened to the doctor and not let well intentioned concern steer me wrong. I have exactly the look I wanted and would have been less happy if I had went with smaller implants. I am older, modest, and married with 2 teenage boys, so I don't dress to play things up or whatever, but I am very pleased to have a much more feminine and attractive shape both in and out of clothes. :)

I had silicone implants placed in 09, went from a deflated saggy B to a perkier 36 D. It's 5 years later & still I couldn't be happier about it. I recommend Dr. Jon Trevisani to ANYONE considering breast augmentation. Over the years I've known more than a few people who went to other well known and highly rated surgeons in the Orlando area, who ended up with infections and/or less than optimal results. I don't know anyone who has had anything but awesome results from Dr. Trevisani (I am a nurse in the area, and this is the doctor other nurses and medical folks recommend to each other. That's always a good sign). I had no real pain, only mild tightness, minimal swelling, a non complicated, speedy recovery, and I look (and feel) 100% better. The nursing/medical and office staff were wonderful. Competent, highly skilled, caring, great results, and very affordable. Don't risk going to anyone else. Really!!

First, I have to say that Dr. Jon Trevisani has a remarkable bedside manner. I know that isn't mandatory per se, but it sure is an added bonus. I remember thinking I'd feel completely mortified, standing there half nude, under the bright lights looking awful, but instead I quickly felt at ease, safe, and in competent hands. I left my consultation feeling 100% confident and excited to have my surgery (and I'm a worrier by nature). He is the consummate professional, extremely personable, and his experience shows in all aspects of practice. From consultation, to pre op, to post op, to recovery and follow up--just excellent, excellent care. No complaints whatsoever and I can't say enough good things. Bottomline: perfect experience, great results and I highly recommend.
