This was 5 days post op and forgot to post
I am still draining a lot- 100 cc both sides a day
Dr wont take my drains out til I have 25 cc in each drain in 24 hrs but I am still draining a lot! I did absolutely nothing today and only take my cg off to shower but I am still draining like crazy. The liquid is very light but abundant nonetheless.
I go back to work on monday and I really hope they are out by then ;(
Any tips to help lower the draining? I want them.out but I know taking too early can cause risk but I am assuming kicking too long isnt good either.

sooo many highs and quite a few lows
So I was feeling good 4.days post.op....
Day 5 brought on swelling, pain and major constipation. It was sooooo bad I felt so miserable.
Day 6 I felt ok and I finally went to the bathroom and I was exhausted all.day.
Day 7 I felt better even tried on the bathing suits I bought which was exciting.
Day 8 and today I was in a ton of pain and more bruises surfaced making me feel pretty uncomfortable.
Still have 2 drains in and I am at about 75 on one and 50 on the other...so probably cant get them.taken out this Monday like.i was hoping
Still sleeping in the recliner and still need pain meds to manage my.pain.
I know it.is worth it but certainly there are ups and downs...so be prepared friends!
