Chin Implant, Buccal Fat Removal and Facial Fat Grafting

Like many others, I have been reading countless reviews and am grateful to everyone who has documented their process on here as well as the few I have reached out to via private message who have generously shared their experience with me offline. I'd like to do the same for everyone else who may be considering the same procedures I have scheduled for late May. I have always hated pictures of myself and recently decided that I want to change that. I decided to start with face contouring - I dislike my profile and face shape, and went to a few consultations.

I came across this doctor's site via RealSelf and really liked his work with facial proportions, the natural results, and his eye for balance. I called to schedule a consultation. At first, they wanted to charge me. When I submitted a query via RealSelf saying that on the site, the consultation was free of charge, they then waived it. Everyone in the office was very nice and professional and the doctor had a great demeanor and what I liked was that he encouraged me to get a 2nd opinion regarding my chin because I had come in to consult about a chin implant. He referred me to the oral surgeon downstairs so I could make an informed decision and I'm so glad he did. After doing more research about sliding genio vs chin implant, I decided to go with sliding genio. The staff at both offices were great about coordinating my surgery. I basically am going to have the sliding genio done with the oral surgeon and have buccal fat removal and facial fat grafting done by the ps at the same time. I couldn't be more glad that they were able to coordinate this together so that I am going under anesthesia once. My surgery date is set for May 24 and the staff has been beyond helpful and accommodating. I will continue to update as it gets closer.

Night before surgery.
I went in for my pre-surgery appointment last week and had a change of heart about the sliding genio. I basically panicked and started having major second thoughts. I decided to go with chin implant instead.
So now I'm having the 3 procedures done with the same doctor. For the past couple weeks, I've been super diligent about following all the pre-op instructions and avoiding certain foods/drinks. I'm hoping that'll all contribute to a super smooth and quick recovery.
I got a call from the anesthesiologist tonight, which was reassuring just having a few quick words with him.
I'm very nervous, but excited when I think about the results. Wish me luck!

Day 2 after surgery. My face is swollen. There are major bruises on my sides where the doctor harvested the fat from for the fat transfer. It was a bit scary to look at. I'm a little nervous about the healing process. Anxious for the swelling to go down so i can see the real results.
