The first thing that impressed me at NHI was the fact that the surgeon himself and not a salesperson saw me unlike the other medical offices. Dr. Rassman was very straightforward regarding my results, expectation, and my budget. After careful review, Dr. Rassman gave me his honest opinion and recommendations of what to expect and what would be the cost, no "low ball" games, or gimmicks. To my surprise, I was offered to meet other patients who went through the same procedure (again; unlike other medical offices). I even had the opportunity to observe live surgery.
