The motivation was to fit better in my bra and my bathing suit tops, my breasts were literally falling out. I wanted them to look full and natural. The pros were my recovery was good, bruising was minimal hardly needed pain meds i still had feeling in my nipples, incisions came out fantastic can barely see them now after almost 2 years. Cons were because of the lift i felt at first they were too big, now that they have dropped some they are perfect. I am very happy with everything i would highly recommend Dr. Esmailian.
