Only 1 day to go until I have my post op appointment and get my bandages removed but I couldn't wait and tried on some bras.

Recovery so far has been surprisingly amazing. First few days I struggled getting around, tightness in my chest made it difficult for sleeping positions and sitting around the house - invest in a pillow that allows you to sleep upright for the first two weeks they are life savers!
No sickness and avoided the painkillers which allowed my bowl movements to normalise quicker (constipation is common)
Tightness has now gone and swelling has reduced substantially - they also feel softer already. I bought a stronger sports bra for extra support as my previous bra was more comfort after surgery. My nipples and breast can become very sensitive as well as numb - it's a strange feeling which I'm hoping will go soon. I easily went shopping yesterday but very tired by the end.
My sutures are removed in 2 days so very nervous about the scars but will invest in some cream and cannot wait to shower properly!!
TIP - no one tells you that post op your boobs may seem to vibrate or when you touch them there could be a squelchy squishy noise! Don't be alarmed it's trapped air absorbing itself into your body!

1 day post op
Well I woke up felt no sickness no pain and I ate myself a chicken dinner!
It was only when I got up I felt very spaced out - it's now the next day I travelled 4 hours home and amazingly no pain so far! My chest feels very tight and the morphine is starting to wear off as my scars are beginning to feel tight.
From what I can see so far I am a very happy girl - fullness achieved
