Reading others comment on my review, I had all the same questions and concerns before I went in for the consultation and the surgery.

My opinion is that Julian is so busy, he doesn't seem to be to concerned with reviews as he focuses on you as an individual and does his best to make sure you are happy. My opinion is he doesn't need endorsements as he is so skilled at what he does, and when I was researching, I was actually concerned that I could not find a bad review. In my experience he is excellent at what he does, and when I need a lower eye lid blepheroplasty in a few years time I will definitely use him again. I have even sent him emails with pics of my nose full of paranoia asking him if everything is normal and he has emailed me back himself straight away telling me it all looks fine, and if I want I can book an appointment to come back to him, luckily it was just me being silly.

My op was booked at 7.30 am in the morning, and as soon as i came to the clinic, i was taken downstairs, and withing half an hour surgery has started, he does this on purpose so that there is no waiting around and time to panic. He also saw me before the surgery and has such a nice calm way about him that he puts you at ease, he marked me up, and gave me some numbing spray up my nose, which was banana flavored, but trust me it's just tastes of medicine.

It was all over so fast, before I knew it i was awake and out of there, with my fiance waiting in reception.

Heal time, i mentioned i had a slight bruise under my left eye, I had no real nausea or sickness, i was tired a lot, and I still feel tired if i do too much. I went to work yesterday, and was knackered when i got home, so working from home the rest of the week, as now is the critical time to heal for me personally.

One thing i did, was see a lot of surgeons, and it is also worth going to places like big cosmetic surgery companies like Mya and Transform, and getting all the opinions and free consults yoyu can get. I was torn between Rajan Uppal as he recommended closed surgery, and Lucion Ion too, I saw Julian before Lucion, and decided he was the right surgeon for me so never met with Lucion.
I would say see as many surgeons as possible and don't just rely on the manipulated imaging as it is not 100% guaranteed, and it cannot be. Set aside money for the consultations, and don't see it as a loss if you do not want to continue with that particular surgeon, this is your face and you need to be happy and confident.

I took my pics down as I was feeling a bit low with looking at the swelling, it felt like I had my old nose still. So if any of you want to see the before and after pics just message me privately and I can send you the after results, it's only two weeks though, so lots of change still to come.

I still look just as bad as before, I have an itch under my cast, and tapping it lightly helps the itch. I guess having an itch equals healing and feeling coming back in my nose. I hope my nose is small enough once the swelling goes down, as reduction in size was my biggest priority.

As I had a deviated septum on the left, julian used the extra cartilage to build support into my tip, so it looks more elevated than it was before. You can see from my pics that my nose was very round, let's hope it's not completely the opposite now.
