Pt 2. Bra roll Lipo
Last update- I’m at week 5 post op now, Buffalo hump swelling is 99% gone and looks amazing! I also got my bra rolls Lipo’d as well but swelling took a while to go down for this one, here is pre surgery, 1 day post op, and now 5 weeks out. Better results than I could have imagined!

Results are amazing and I’m feeling so much better every day. I figured that now that I’m out of the initial pain and recovery fog I’d give my experience on the procedure itself with Dr. Bennett.
When I came in for my initial consultation, Dr. Bennett was so sweet. We talked about what I wanted fixed and outcome I hoped for. She answered all my questions and explained everything in a very clear way. At my post op she went over instructions and answered any questions I had before the procedure. One of the best things that stands out when comparing Dr. Bennett to other plastic surgeons, is that she is extremely knowledgeable and has incredible bed side manner. She explains things in a way that makes sense to you and doesn’t make you feel confused. She’s very realistic with expectations and keeps everything real and honest with you. Another thing to note that I loved, was that at the initial consultation she told me she would listen to ME and hear what I WANTED. Sometimes, you walk into a plastic surgeons office and they instantly tell you all the work you need and you leave feeling worse than you came in. Dr. Bennett did not do that at all. I told her what I wanted, and she told me how we could achieve that. As previously noted, she made me feel extremely safe and comfortable and feel at ease.
The actually procedure itself was really a lot smoother than I could have imaged! The Spruce Surgery Center was clean and welcoming and the staff was so kind and helpful. I am day 5 post op and am feeling really good. The first 24-48 hours felt like I got into a fight and lost lol but I did not need to take anything other than ibuprofen for the first few days. I’ve been up and moving with a big smile on my face absolutely LOVING the results so far. I can’t wait to see the final outcome when the swelling has subsided, but even 5 days post op I am feeling AMAZING!

Dr. Bennett is truly amazing!
I went to a few other consultations before her, and I can genuinely say she is the best around. She is sweet, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable. I was extremely nervous when I first had my consultation but she made me feel so comfortable that I wasn’t even nervous or scared the day of my surgery because I knew that I was in good hands. I’ve had the dreaded “Buffalo Hump” for about 12 years, and while there is obviously some swelling and bruising, I am in awe with my results! I can’t stop looking in the mirror :) no more hiding. 100% recommend Dr. Bennett and the staff at Gemini Plastic Surgery!
