Two weeks
Okay, the hard spots are almost gone. I went to see the doctor and he said that was part of the healing process. Still have some inflammation especially during the evening when I come back from work. Overall, no complaints..
Ten days post
I am doing fine, minimal bruising, no pain. I love my results, so far two inches in my back and my waist. However, today during my lymphatic massages, the technician found two hard spots on my left hip. I know it's early in the game and I am still healing but any advice? I sending the doctor some pics tomorrow.

A week after
Hi. I feel fine, still sore and bruised but less. I have some hard areas around my belly bottom and left side of my lower back but I guess it's normal after only a week. I will see the doctor today. So far I have lost two inches of my upper back, and one and a half in my waist. Remember, he did a great with my four years ago, that was my big transformation, this was just maintenance.
