Needs toneing! But all in all it has been 3 years and I weight 175 before the tuck dr took off 10 pounds and I went down to 165 and now I am at 135 I still have 15 pounds I need to lose and that is my upper thighs!
I am happy with my outcome 3 yr later !

All I can every say about Dr Rayfield . I am in all ! And he does a great belly button! LoL !!! His staff is so very helpful! I did go to the gym . But I only did what he said I could, His work speak for itself. He has been a surgeon for 30 yr And his experience is why I went to him! His bedside manner was great. As I said before! I am in all I just want to add that this practice is the best around. Dr. Rayfield is my doctor of choice just because he has been with me from the start and Being embarrassed of my weight you really don't want to show too many what you look like.and most important his technical skills his incisions you cannot even see and he's great! But I am so very grateful for all that he's done. With that being said . His associate Dr. Feldman is also a great doctor ! Best practice and I should know
