How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

4 days later (17 Oct)

Hi guys, hope you're all doing well.
It's 4 days since I have my reduction, what can I say?? ....

Wow Wee! Would be a start! I can see my feet!
I've had 1.5kg removed from each boob, much, much more than I expected, I really hadn't realised just how big and heavy they were.
And I could instantly tell the difference when I sat/stood up..no weight on my shoulders, breathing is easier too.
I hadn't realised how much I must have stooped forward due to the weight!
I'm obviously hurting due to bruising and where the surgeon has done her finest :).
No photos just yet because I can't move easily enough to photograph myself!
Take care guys

Well, finally after 3 years of jumping through...

Well, finally after 3 years of jumping through hoops, I have my procedure tomorrow (pending cancellations (eek!) ).
I have issues with my spine, ribs and shoulders, which have been impeded by the weight of my boobs.
It will also be a novelty to have my face and not my chest looked at when being spoken to by the opposite sex!
I'm nervous but excited all in one! My lovely consultant is hoping to take them down to a D/DD cup....sooooo tiny! Or at least for me it'll be tiny!
Can't wait to go shopping for bras - not being stuck with white/black/nude ugly, thick strapped monsters. New bras will also be a LOT cheaper so a win win situation..yey!
However, my main aim for having this procedure is to reduce pain in my back, shoulders and ribs, everything else is just a bonus!
I read about all the success stories ( and the not so) on here and wanted to share with you guys...all the way from downtown West Yorkshire, UK :)
Wish me luck, and I'll see you guys on the other side x
